Madhampatty T.P. Ranghaararaj is more than a chef - he's a storyteller of taste, culture, and tradition. As the Executive Chef and visionary behind Kongunadu by Madhampatty, he carries forward a rich culinary heritage over 35 years in the making.
Inspired by his father, the legendary Madhampatty Thangavelu, Ranghaararaj masterfully bridges the past and present - preserving the soul of Kongu cuisine while adding his own modern touch. His dishes are rooted in Coimbatore's essence, blending authenticity with creativity, always served with purpose and pride.
